Scenix is an AI-powered video production tool that generates voiceovers, images, and CapCut project files from user-provided scripts.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free plans include limited projects per month.
• Paid plans are activated via license keys or subscription payments.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 5 videos have been generated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
• Share your license key with unauthorized users.
• Generate content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your scripts and uploaded content. AI-generated voiceovers and images are licensed for your use under your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scenix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or revenue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
